There's a rhythm and pulse, to the world of in-home sales. Like a professional dance where both parties are in a flow and the result is an excellent performance. Such a fun and wild ride in-home sales can be.  The best sales closers a.k.a. road warriors have the ability to adapt, understand, and effectively communicate.  They use the 3Cs regularly with skill, heart, and strategy to help shape the presentation and close the deal. For many, it’s not just about closing a deal; it's about making genuine connections, helping that customer find a solution to their needs and that customer being excited about the solution you choose together.

For in-home salespeople, the living room isn't just a room—it's a stage. And if you want to thrive in this arena, mastering the three Cs: Caring, Confidence, and Closing, is not just beneficial; it's crucial.

When you overcome these, the rewards are equally amazing. The successful sales pros also have incomes on steroids. As one friend always said, know your worth. In-home sales allows you to be paid your worth via your talent & skill and it’s uncapped.  You are paid commission, and that commission is based off of your ability to sell jobs.  The more you sell (raise that close rate), the more money you make.  Selling 3 out of 10 verses 4 out of 10 is a substantial amount of income.  Raising that close rate is something every in-home sales pro wants to increase. This book, centered around the helping sales pros focus on simple ways to help increase their close rate. The 3Cs are great reminders of what it takes to move your success to the next level.

  • Always Be Caring.
You're not just selling a product; you're offering a solution, a way to make someone's life better. But to do that effectively, you must genuinely care about your client's needs, dreams, and fears. This genuine interest creates trust, which is the foundation of any successful sales interaction.

  • Always Be Confident.
No matter how exceptional your product is or how genuinely you care, if you lack confidence in yourself, your product, or your pitch; your sales will suffer. Confidence is infectious; it instills belief and can tip the scales in your favor during a sales presentation.

  • Always Be Closing.
The saying we all know and have heard, but this isn't just about getting a signature or a nod of agreement. Closing is an art form, balancing assertiveness with tact, addressing objections and then closing, and all the while ensuring the client feels valued and understood. Want to raise that close rate? Then take the caring and confidence and sprinkle this art of closing all over it.
